Alubond®A2 ACP is a new product composed of two layers of 0.5mm thick aluminium alloy and inorganic material (magnesium hydroxide and aluminium hydroxide etc.). The painting layer is PVDF coating made of over 70% PVDF resin and KYNAR500 (or HYLAR5000) with high performance and weather resistance. Compared with other coating methods, Alubond adopts continuous liquid coating in roll technology to reach various colors and beautiful gloss. Alubond®A2 is available in MAX 2000 mm wide, providing countless concept opportunities for architects and installers.
Alubond®A2 has passed the mainly global lab testing include INTERTEK, SGS, GOST, PSB and APPLUS and has been classified as A2 fireproof grade. Alubond®A2 can be widely applicable to transportation junction such as airport, high-speed railways, and public facility like stadium, school, hospital etc.
