Alubond®FR is composed of two layers of 0.5mm thick aluminium alloy and an inner fire-retardant core. The painting layer is PVDF coating made of over 70% PVDF resin and KYNAR500 (or HYLAR5000) with high performance and weather resistance. Compared with other coating methods, Alubond adopts continuous liquid coating in roll technology to reach various colors and beautiful gloss.
